Subject: Minimal IP router?

I've been looking for a stand-alone box with no moving parts that
can route IP over at least 2 ports and can figure out its own routes.
I've come across a JNOS version (JNOS40) that runs on the Kantronics
Data Engine, which seems ideal for my application. The trouble is,
the only version I can find is over 4 years old and uses RSPF 2.0,
which I'm told is pretty buggy.

Has there been any development on JNOS40 (or something similar) since
1994? I'm open to other suggestions too - the Data Engine/JNOS
combination just comes closest to what I'm looking for so far. It
really is overkill for my application - I just need a 2+ port
router.
