amateur domain is truly international.

The .int TLD is reserved for organisations that exist due to international
treaties. The ITU would qualify; AMPR would not.

Personaly I like #4, I'll gladly write out my check to them for .01 cent
and mail it off. It would be like the guy here in town several years ago
who to complain about the high property taxes went to the town hall to
pay his taxes with bags of loose pennys ! caused quite a stir.
(and the taxes are still high)
