findu can also provide these if you have internet access:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/warn-text.cgi?id=OKXG1836z

(though it may be gone by the time you look, it expires at 4:30 EDT). You can
see all the warnings with

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/warn-near.cgi

or sorted by distance relative to an APRS station:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/warn-near.cgi?call=k4hg

I find the flood and outlook notices annoying, so those can be excluded (as
can any other type, contained in the 4th letter of the ID):

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/warn-near.cgi?call=k4hg&exclude=go

types of A's are not reported by the WXServ finger command, so clicking on
those will not give any text...

And you have all the problems associated with Windows, but in a smaller
form factor..hi..hi.

These are easily identified :
OKX is the NWS office that originated the message.
FFS indicates a flash flood statement.

This object was originated by Dale Huguley's WXSVR server.

Dale parses the emwin feed and creates wx objects from selected messages.
The WxSvr objects are of great value to travelers, SkyWarn / Storm chasers,
local emergency managment networks etc.

My Gateway purchased last November had a single port. Also if you search
enough PCMCIA Serial Cards can be found.

With the Kenwood "Memory Control Program"? I've found that the
USB<>Serial converters work when using the internal TNC for
communications (i.e. with an APRS program), but WON'T work with the
Kenwood memory setup program. This rather clunky utility appears to be
a rehash of a 16-bit Win 3.x program and seems to be hardwired for the
classic definition of COM1 through COM4.
