Does anyone remember Radio Fax ?
I've discovered that they have started a website on www.radiofax.org.
They have some audio archives available as MP3 format from the excellent
"Sparks" programme ((me and G3NYY managed to mentioned once (even got
a song played!)) typically about 3.5Mb in size and a larger music program
which is about 16Mb download.
I wish Radio Fax was on the air now - best darn station for us techies
and anoraks.
Note for non UK readers:
Radio Fax was an EXCELLENT unlicenced broadcast station that dealt with
technical based *speech* programming - it wasn't just a pirate music
station.
On the subject of anoraks here's some other UK based pirate stuff to look
at:-
www.cracksman.connectfree.co.uk
which thankfully doesn't bore us with Radio Caroline stories (zzzzz).
Oh I guess any non UKI readers are probably wondering what this has to
do with anoraks.
Well it's a UK thing ;-)
Happy reading.
