Why should it take more than ten years (from 2004 to 20015 earliest) to get a
man on the moon again? In the 1960s, it only took eight years from Kennedys
announcement to the first step on the moon to develope all the technology from
almost nothing.
And now, with all that knowledge and experience, it should take longer, maybe
even almost twice the time (2004 to 2020)? Can't they just look up the old
drawings, build a new, enhanced Apollo, and be back on the moon again?

73, Patrick
