Hi Leon,
Hope that evreything is ok in your qth.
Well Leon, I have been following that satellite for several times and
still never heard it. But I have a lucky friend, Victor TI3VLM, living
18 km east of my home and he told me that he has listened it (SO-50) for
two times. But I really have no good results. I think You have to insist
in listening for it.
About the 67hz. tone is only for opening de repeater, you have to use it
only in the uplink everytime. It is an experiment and I suppose that is
for avoiding interferences.
