subj : SO-50 qrv times/dates ?

Hello, tnx fr reading this msg, once I should like to work
via the SO-50 satellite ( FM ). Several times I tried to monitor but
could not see any signal. I know the system uses a 67 Hz tone
( PL, but do not know the meaning of this PL ..... ).
Who knows IF the sat is QRV and what to do to work over it ? When
is it possible ? Must I use the 67 Hz tone continuesly or not ?

Many thanks fr answering, 73 Leon ((-,O)) PA3GJE.
