" LA RADIO DALLA TRADIZIONE ALL'INNOVAZIONE"
Nelle accoglienti sale del "Museo della radio d'Epoca", si è svolto un Convegno
curato da IW3HXO, Presidente Ari SEZ. di Verona e Coordinatore Nazionale del Progetto
"La radio nelle Scuole", dedicato a tutti coloro che sono affascinati dalle Radiocomunicaz
ioni.
Dopo l'introduzione tenuta da Athos IW3HXO, Alberto Chiantera, direttore del Museo
della Radio d'Epoca- WWW.MUSEODELLARADIO.COM -, ha illustrato le difficoltà nel
tenere ordinati oltre 700 apparecchi distribuiti in più sale, nonché numerosi supporti
multimediali. Tra il materiale esposto risalta la ricostruzione su disegni e schemi
originali di due Stazioni Radiotelegrafiche Campali dei primi anni del 900. L'intervento
di Alberto può essere sintetizzato in poche parole "mille radio......una passione

Nell'intervento successivo I2RTF Piero Begali, autore del libro "Storia e Storie
di Radio ", ha fatto una carrellata su tutto ciò che può essere chiamata "telegrafia
senza fili", partendo dai segnali luminosi in epoca romana fino alla scoperta di
Guglielmo Marconi, soffermandosi anche nella presentazione dei fenomeni elettrici
degli scienziati del 700 e dell'800 che hanno influenzato l'ingegno di Marconi portandolo
alla costruzione del primo apparato ricevente e trasmittente. Un interessante flash
è stato dedicato da Piero anche ai rivelatori di segnale, utilizzati prima dell'avvento
della valvola e nelle successive applicazioni marconiane.
Dopo la proiezione di alcuni filmati " d'epoca ", dedicati particolarmente alle
attività radioamatoriali, la macchina del tempo ci ha riportato nel 2009 e segnatamente
alla tecnologia del protocollo D-STAR.
Sul palco è salito I0YYY Luca Ferrara tra i precursori italiani nel 2006-2007 della
tecnologia D-Star. Luca ha illustrato il grande successo ottenuto nel collegamento
tra la Base Italiana in Antartide e Roma, alla presenza di importanti autorità,
utilizzando apparati radioamatoriali, successo che ha portato alla determinazione
di provare anche in modo più esteso questa tecnologia sul Continente Antartico.
Con IZ3CYW Maurizio siamo rientrati rapidamente in Italia e più particolarmente
nella " Rete D-Star Italia".
In tre anni sono stati installati oltre 30 ripetitori D-Star in rete mondiale e
alla data del convegno 731 radioamatori risultavano iscritti alla rete; Maurizio
ha portato a conoscenza di tutti i presenti che è in corso la sostituzione del software
che consente il funzionamento in modo "Reflector" con un software Open Source in
ambiente Linux ,che potrà conferire maggiore flessibilità e possibilità di sviluppo
all'intero Sistema. La necessità di attivare su tutto il territorio Nazionale una
rete per interconnettere i vari ripetitori a 5,7 Ghz con lo scopo di rendere il
Sistema totalmente indipendente dai collegamenti internet, ha completato il suo
intervento accompagnato da esplicative bellissime immagini di quanto già realizzato
nella Regione Veneto.
Gli interventi sono stati conclusi da i4oyu Gabriella, la quale ha riassunto le
proprie esperienze D-Star partendo dal primo collegamento nel 2007 su ir3uef fino
ai collegamenti a 1200 Mhz con ID-1, che ha consentito di trasmettere immagini e
testi a notevole distanza con una banda passante di 128 Khz.
La premiazione del Contest Veneto a cura di IZ3CLG Gianluca Gavagnin, Presidente
Ari Comitato Regionale Veneto e di altri esponenti Ari Veneto ci ha condotto ad
un simpatico rinfresco di commiato nelle sale superiori della mostra, mentre un
giovanissimo ricercatore Michele Gregorelli di 17 anni, attivava la sua ultima realizzazion
e: un trasformatore di Tesla con Oscillatore a Valvola operante alla frequenza di
circa 200 Khz, che divertiva i presenti con i suoi "lunghissimi" fulmini.

of the Project "Radio in the Schools," dedicated to all those who are fascinated

After the introduction given by Athos IW3HXO, Alberto Chiantera, director of the

After the screening of some movies "vintage", especially dedicated to amateur radio,
the time machine has taken us back in 2009 and in particular the technology of
D-STAR protocol.
Then I0YYY Luca Ferrara Italians among the forerunners in the 2006-2007 D-Star
technology. Luca has shown great success in linking the Italian base in Antarctica
and Rome, in the presence of important authors, using amateur radio equipment, success
that led to the determination to try even more extensively this technology on the
Antarctic continent.
By Maurizio IZ3CYW we came back quickly in Italy and especially in the "Rete D-Star
Italy".
