If the teleportation is correctly done, then yes. However here is one
thought, if the body can be teleported, what about the soul?
This will give pause for thought. For instance if you clone a person, only
the original person can have the original soul. The copy would have to
generated its own soul or would it? This would depend on the way the clone
was copied. If the cloning was from a single cell then no memories would
exist. However if the cloning was from a teleportation machine, then the
memories would diverge only after the copying was done. This is some what
similar to the original clones of your computer. The differences come from
adding in software later, not two machine are the same, unless strictly
regimented and regulated and the my documents are held on a central
server, etc.
In my thought are the fact you are not only a body, but also the product
of all your memories and history. For instance the memory of a cut finger
and the scar to prove it. A single cell clone would not have that memory
and scar. Although a teleportation clone would identically copy the
original if done correctly. However from that point in time the original
and copy would diverge in experiences and hence souls?
This subject is getting interesting for debate.
