I've seen cheeky Dutch CB packet operators pirating Alaskan callsigns (NL
prefix) and appearing on ham internet mailing lists in recent years
discussing the ham packet software they were using. I haven't noticed any
in the past few months, maybe moderators realised they were pirates and
banned them?
