Fancy putting a news broadcast out in the dx window AND in the evening
time when the band is opening up for dx.

I've already done so - buit NEVER EVER EVER expect a reply - the RSGB reply
to NOTHING.
Unlike the ARRL who have bent over backwards whenever I've sent a query.
The RSGB makes me vomit.
