                                -....-

The FT-817 continues its victorious cruisade by expanding its share to 21%.
A loss of colourful QRP variety and a regrettable equalisation tendency?
Seen from a sportive angle there is also a positive side to it: With
uniform equipment operative ability, initiative and efforts at optimising
antennas become deciding factors. Further the FT-817 is a pristine QRP rig.

In the kits (Tramp, BCR, K2 et. al.) department, whose more frequent
appearance in the MP class wouldn't be especially frightening sportively
speaking, the K2 also increased its share to over 16%.

The ELBCers -after last year's flop- made again a complete entrance. And
the (homebrew)variety "further down" remains a colourful caleidoscope of
enjoying QRP and rolling one's own.

The latters' opportunity to jointly fly the banner is the 19th November
 at the HOMEBREW & OLDTIME-EQUIPMENT-PARTY.
