        Hello PSK'ers!
I believe that with the PSK should acquire new habits to give the
report. Almost always I receive RST 599. That object has to give control of
tone in PSK? Until now a control with inferior S to 3, were considered
that was annulling the QSO but, I am receiving many PSK signals with S 1
and even S zero and, however, in screen is entering perfectly the text. As
I work with only 3 watts, costs me to believe that it will be certain 59
that passes me a correspondent that uses 100 watts and to which my S-meter
indicates me S1 or even S zero.
Therefore, I believe that, with the PSK, a control RS 50 is
thoroughly correct if my S-meter indicates zero but I am receiving the text
full on screen...
I hope comentaries.
73, Adolfo
