Hi Folks,
Thanks you very much for reading this Mail. I wonder where on 15 the digital
band really begins? I thisk its 21080 and NOT 21070. I ask me this question,
because it seems that the psk31-activity and also a lot of BBSes operate on
21070 and up? Or have I misanderstood some thing?
