That's one of the problems with most of the commercial packet software
produced in the USA, it just doesn't do the things that are important to
most European users.

All of the ISA-based serial port cards (including modems) that I have ever
worked with have the ability to select the IRQ line separately from the
address
lines. Usually, only IRQ's 2/9, 3, 4, and 5 are selectable. Are you certain
that there isn't another set of jumpers or switches somewhere for this on at
least one of the devices (or motherboard, if serial ports are present there)?

I would recommend using the DX Clusters on the internet that exist already.
Any one way constant EMISSIONS are in some cases same thing as QRM and
depending on what freq. you chose will most likely disrupt their use for
anything else.
