Greetings

The perl script (modded a bit) is on my web site
            http://www.gb7ipd.freeserve.co.uk
and the convers server is at
            ftp://ftp.hes.iki.fi/pub/ham/unix/convers/
can't remember where I got the irc server from - probably from
one of the contrib directories in one of the distributions. Its pretty st=
andard.
I'm using version 2.8.21 of ircd (a bit old) which is not too 'secure' (t=
hat
actually helps!!)
