To help concentrate his efforts in the right area, I would suggest
taking WinPack out of the equation and initially using one of SV2AGW's
own programs with the packet engine. If he gets it to work that way,
then I think he'll find it will also work with WinPack.

Perhaps a more basic question is - has he managed to get the YAM to
work, ***on the COM port he is using with AGWPE*** with any software?
