Maybe one of you slow scan TV people have a pin out for both of the early
home video camera connectors. I am just old enough to remember them when
they were awesomely expensive bulky and heavy. Camera on the shoulder, VCR
deck (lug grunt lump) not to mention the batteries.
I have a Sony HVC - 2000P with a 13 pin round connector and a National
WV-85EA with 10 pin round connector.
Cheers

Subject: WTB: your older handheld type battery-operated CALCULATOR

I know, I know, what does my obsession with old calculators have to do
with
what you're really interested in? Well, it's my semi-annual (or quarterly,
sometimes) search for those things, in places where I think maybe I might find
em. So, read no further if you're not interested.
For the rest of you, I'm looking to buy older handheld-type calculators,
mostly looking for the LED-type calcs from the 1970s, the ones with the
reddish, blackish screens, often with glowing red numbers, as opposed to those
you see most often today, with their typically grayish screens. I'm looking
for almost all makes, all models, as long as they work well and are
cosmetically clean -- see partial list below. Iif you've got the old manuals,
cases, chargers, so much the better. Just drop me an email (floete@aol.com)
and let me know what you have and the condition it's in, and what you might
want for it, if you know.
Thanks! Erik

Calcs I'm interested in include, but are not limitted to those made by:
Adler, American, Apollo, Aries, Aristo, Brother, Busicom, Caltronic, Candle,
Citizen, Colex, Columbia, Corvus, Crown, Dataking, Decimo, Dictaphone,
Digicomp, Dixon, Edmund, Enterprex, Facit, General, GIC, Hanimex, Hermes,
Hewlett Packard, Iain Jones, Ibico, JC Penneys, Kingspoint, Litton, Logitech,
MBO, MITS, Master, Melcor, Mintron, Monroe, Omron, Ordibel, Panasonic, Pico,
Pye, Ragen, RBM, Regan, RFT, Ricoh, Royal, Samsung, Sanyo, Sinclair, Spectrum,
Sperry, Summit, TKS, Toshiba, Universal Data, Verax, Victor.
Calcs I'm NOT interested in include those made by Texas Instruments, Novus
and National Semiconductor, unless they happen to be new-in-the-box or are
otherwise out-of-the-ordinary.
So, let me know what you've got. And ... can you believe there were once
about 220 brand-names in all?
