Sure! ... Just as soon as I no longer have to field a bunch of flames from
you and the "hand-wringer" set, who are too stupid to follow what's being
said but want to complain about it anyway.

I simply answered your question, giving you the advice I felt you needed to
hear. I did it with your welfare in mind. In return I've been flamed.

I stand by everything I said. You DO need to get out and introduce yourself
to a few other hams OR you quit hanging around on Usenet, pretending you
don't know any.

I see on another newsgroup where you say you've been successfully
experimenting with PSK31 on VHF. -- How did you manage that trick without
knowing any of the local hams, I wonder? From here it's starting to look
like you are "full of farina", wasting good people's time on this newsgroup
with a bunch of crud.

How's that?

>I tried psk with a friend who also recently became a ham!

Way to go!

my

I did say something nice, but you were too freaked out to comprehend it. You
would do well to follow the advice I gave you, and be glad somebody cared
enough to advise you.

I'll reply to any post on this newsgroup that I just happen to feel like
replying to, by the way.

Well, if you do not want to become part of Ham Radio, what are you doing on
this newsgroup, young man?

>The internet is not what is causing this hobby to flourish, it is people
like you.

Thanks!

>You are an extremely arrogant person!

And that makes you...

>And i hope that more newbies don't happen to run into you! Because they
will
>quickly forget about their license!

Hasn't happened here. Most of the newbies here are pretty regular kind of
people though. I haven't run across one all freaked out like you.

>Charles, if you keep posting messages that will flame me in other
newsgroups I

>taken. It will get personal! I save every post you send to me, and it will
add

Sorry, young fellow, but you don't get to make that determination. I had
every right to reply to your post, and you had every right to let it go, but
you didn't. Instead you replied, flaming me. I, in turn have a right to
defend myself.

If you think you can talk my ISP into putting on a skirt for you to hide
behind, and win your arguments for you, why go right to it.
