Subject: Baycom modem to USB port?

Most folks use LSB with AFSK for HF digital communications.

Subject: Connecting to the Internet via radio ??

Dear Charles (and anyone else who might answer my question),

Is it possible to find a radio, e.g. one supporting the AX.25 protocol, which
comes
with drivers, software or similar so it will emulate a normal modem or LAN
connection
and thus can be used from Windows to e.g. copy a file from one windows
computer
to another.

It's possible to do that with some Amateur Radio software and equipment, so
it would be safe to assume that there is commercial stuff that will do the
same thing.
