I am sorry I can't answer you in French, but perhaps you can read English
better than I can read French! I believe I have deciphered your message
correctly.
The PK-232MBX requires a power supply of 12-14vdc @ 1A. Your 300 mA "trensfo"
does not supply enough current for the PK-232MBX.

Baycom modem is a cheap 1k2 modem for packet radio.
Now adays thanks to the faster computers used for packet (386, 486 and so
on) does it work as good as a tnc (no need for tncs for low speed packet)
often better thanks to the poor packet drivers used by tncs in host mode
or kiss.
The baycom modem needs a good packet driver and a well configured
computer to work good, but it is often no problem (maybe under windows).
Flexnet is the prefered packet driver under both dos and windows. Agw can
be used under windows, but its performance is not at al so good as
flexnets. Bpq should never be used.
Neither shall tfx or tfpcx since they work less good than flexnet and
most users can't configure them in a proper way.

Subject: TH-D7A packet using a Windows CE
I had the idea to use a Windows CE unit (Compaq h/w) as the terminal for my
mini packet station, the Kenwood TH-D7A. This creates a very small but
powerful packet station with one slight problem. Since the real (pg-4w)
cables from Kenwood are not yet available (I'm told they are backordered), I
used the 3/32" 3 conductor plug with 4ft of wire provided in the box by
Kenwood, and added a DB9 to the other end. While the data connectivity works
flawlessly, the RF situation couldn't be worse. As soon as I bring the cable
(connected to a running CE) close to the D7A, RF hash appears. If the cable
is actually plugged into the radio, all but the strongest signal are
obliterated. I've tried another CE unit, an HP 660, and get the same
results.
Has anyone else tackled this problem? Does the Kenwood cable (the pg-4w, if
you can find one in stock) fix the problem? My guess is to use a torriod and
wrap the cable around it, but I don't know how to calculate the
torriod/windings to create a choke to cleanup this RFI. Any info is
appreciated. 73's
