Yes Tom it works ok, just install your AGW drivers and proggy files and then
start winpak and select agw as your TNC in the setup

I'm an electronics student doing a project on Packet Radio. I have the
system connected and the DCD LED is on already. When I send a command to
the TNC to try and connect to someone, its as if everything hangs on me.
What should I do? It says in the book of my Tiny 2 MK2 that the DCD would
come on if it was attached to an unsquelched radio (my radio is the Kenwood
TM-733A/E). I adjusted the squelch dial and there's nothing any different!
If someone could help me with my problem, please contact me or refer me to
have a look at any web pages that may help.
Thanks,
Tyrone Park

Subject: Need LapTop computer help...
Hello: I'm new to this forum... I have 3 Panasonic CF-150 Laptop
computers that are in mint condition, and were working perfectly several
years ago. I put them into storage and now they all have the same symptoms.
Their Floppy Drives do not work. Panasonic will not help me. Radio Shack
sold these at the time under a different brand name, but I haven't located
their brand name yet.
I was really hoping to use these machines for packet usage...as they would
be ideal for low power applications in packet.
I place this message here in the hopes that someone else is using one of
these monocrome laptops for packet. This computer was manufactured and
sold about 9 years ago.
Hoping some one can help... N0JRH ( S-W Missouri )

RS sold a number of model by Panasonic under its Tandy name, the 1500,
2800, 2810 come to mind. Monochrome 286's with 20-60M HD's as I
recall. If this sounds familiar or you have other specs I may be able
to help on the model name. Curious that Panasonic won't help. Will
they retain changes to the CMOS settings? Some laptops used 1 F
capacitors instead of batteries to retain the CMOS. THis is fine
unless the laptop will be unused withouot power being applied for long
periods, as your were.
