Hello Ryan:
If you are running Windows 95/98 or NT try downloading PK TERM '99 from
http://www.timewave.com The demo copy will run VHF packet and give you a
chance to try the PK-88 out.

I am running sgavw under win98 with no problems and it comes with a packet
monitor programme aswell.
I have heard and seen a few people having crash problems after shutting the
packet engine down under win95, this I am discussing with the author and I
am waiting his response .
Keep trying with it there shouldn't be any probs with sgavw under win98

Subject: Packet with a sound card here
Just for those of you who may have missed my thread you can get this proggy
to do 1200/9600 packet with your sound card and with the MINIMUM of fuss and
setting up !
It works very well for me anyway :-)
No hardware alterations, and you just need a simple interface from the com
port to key your radio up (hamcomm will do ok)
