Yes it does. I have all the documented and undocumented commands (that I
know of) posted at my web site:

Subject: Pre-Beginner Q
I have only recently heard of packet radio. I do not have a background in,
or significant knowledge of, in ham radio.
Where can I go to get a clear explanation of:
1) what packet radio is, and what it can do, and
2) what sort of equipment and knowledge is going to be required to
participate?
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Hello
I know of the existance of Flexnet, and the soundcard modem for packet
comms, but it turns out that this is not compatable with my sound card
(Baycom hangs). Does anyone know of any other packages that will do this
type of thing (i.e. use a PC soundcard as a packet modem)?

following the April 3, 1974 maxi-tornado.
2. This Special Event Station (SES) is commemorating Amateur Radio's
involvement and not the tornado itself. (City officials want to playdown
any remembrance of the Tornado because of the trauma it caused, and still
causes for some people. As far as we know, there is no official community
events associated with the 25th anniversary of the April 3, 1974 event.

On April 3rd 1974 a Tornado hit downtown Xenia Ohio. Amatuer Radio
operators imediatly mobilized and assisted with communications. MVFMA (Miami
Valley FM Association) had an emergency comunications Van and assisted for
several days. Hams even restored partial Emergency Communications for the
city. Many Hams all across the country help pass radio traffic.
The city of Xenia saw a need for an amatuer Radio club and about a year
