1. Get AGWPE set up on your PC. The procedure for doing that is no
different for using it with WinPack to using it with any other
applications.
2. In WinPack - "Options", "Comms Setup", select "Host mode AGW". (It's
covered in the help.)
If your AGWPE set-up works, then it will work with WinPack. Initially I
would test AGWPE with AGWTERM, that way, if you have any problems
getting it to work, you know they aren't being caused by WinPack.

When you find the answer make sure that Timewave hears about it. They would
love to get that piece of equipment working.

The Mailbox problem is well known among DSP-232 owners. None of the DSP-232
releases corrected this problem. There are several other known bugs.
1) PACTOR turnover does not work
2)Unit lacks sensitivity.
Timewave Technology has a firmware fix for the PACTOR turnover and a component
replacement that improves the units receive. We are still working on the
mailbox problem. Watch http://www.timewave.com for more information

Subject: TNC DSP232 - problem with mailbox
Hi,
When using the DSP 232 TNC from A.E.A. I experience problems with accessing
my mailbox.
When the maildrop is used ( e.g. S on1dod) the DSP232 node responds with
"TNC System error. Next instruction address: 0005A136)
Does anybody know precisely with caused this error (and how to solve it) ?
All help is greatly appriciated

Subject: WTB: Floppy Drive for Toshiba Laptop
I know this is not exactly ham radio, but it is to be used for digital
modes with the ham station.
I am in need of a 1.44 Meg Floppy Drive that will fit into a Toshiba
425 CDS Laptop.
This is the drive that can be exchanged with the CD-ROM drive.
Does any one have one, or know where one can be found? It is hard to
load drivers from a 1.44 M floppy without a drive!
Thanks.
