Dear NPG-User,
We are so happy that New Packet Generation v1.03 is finally released.
It has taken 2.5 months to do this update, so we hope it was worth
working on it.

We've reached 100 users, we even passed 100! :-)

The New Packet Generation Team has been expanded! We have 2 new
members, Matthias (DD1LZ) and Inge Geers. They both provided a
translation of the manual. Matthias has done the German manual, and
Inge (Robin's girlfriend :-) has done the French one.

Some info for people who use BPQ and TFPCX (or compatible) at the same
time. New Packet Generation can't handle them both at the same time,
NPG only use one. To make sure NPG chooses the correct one you have to
add a parameter at the command-line.
If you want to run NPG with TFPCX: NPG TFPCX
and if you want to use BPQ : NPG BPQ
(remember, these parameters are only useful when you have both
drivers in memory)

Sorry, there still aren't any French or German config files. Maybe
we will write them in a few weeks.

We also hope to have included enough information to program RUN-applications
for NPG. We've added SP-program support to simply use SP-programs with NPG.
