The IH command in (J)NOS will list you the IP-systems that have been 
heared by the system you are logged on to on the various ports that 
system has.
The sysop of the system can enable or disable this listing for each 
or only one port.

Each port in a (J)NOS system can be given a dedicated name, though 
I would not expect 'encap' to be used as portname as it is part of 
how a system can send packets.

PS. JH will give you the AX25 stations heared, again on the various 
ports the system has. Other systems use MH for this command, so this 
is a bit confusing.
