There has been a change of location of the RAFARS National Field Day =
(NFD) Contest Site. The venue is now Elvaston Castle Radio Rally, =
Country Park, approx 6 miles ESE of Derby. Grid SK 410 332.
The RAFARS Roadshow and NFD Teams have combined to put on a joint event =
due to the fact that the dates clashed and also we do not have the =
resources to run the two events separately. This will also give the =
general public a chance to see a Field Day in operation and good PR for =
RAFARS.
If visiting the Rally why not drop in and see how we are doing. If you =
are an experienced CW contest operator and would like to join the team, =
please contact me ASAP via e-mail contest-manager@rafars.org or address =
in the Call Book.
