NEWS FLASH RAFARS PACKET/WEB NEWSLETTER

There has been a change of location of the RAFARS National Field Day
(NFD) Contest Site. The venue is now Elvaston Castle Radio Rally,
Country Park, approx 6 miles ESE of Derby. Grid SK 410 332.
The RAFARS Roadshow and NFD Teams have combined to put on a joint event
due to the fact that the dates clashed and also we do not have the
resources to run the two events separately. This will also give the
general public a chance to see a Field Day in operation and good PR for
RAFARS.
If visiting the Rally why not drop in and see how we are doing. If you
are an experienced CW contest operator and would like to join the team,
please contact me ASAP via e-mail contest-manager@rafars.org or address
in the Call Book.
