GB2RAF AIR DEFENCE RADAR MUSEUM RAF NEATISHEAD RAFARS PERMANENT S.E.S.
GB2RAF will be QRV 9 April. On the 12 Mar 108 Stations worked on 40m with
the help of M0DZB Keith and 2E1EIV Alec. 9 RAFARS worked. The Station is
operational every 2nd Saturday of the month from 1000-1500 local time.
All RAFARS/RNARS/R.SIGS who would like to operate or visit the station are
welcome. Phone Terry, G4PSH, on 01692 582064 if you wish to operate.
(Operators please bring your Amateur Licence and I/D).

RAFARS VHF CONTEST & AIR TRAINING CORPS RADIO.
A News Flash has gone out to all ATC RAFARS Squadrons asking them to take
part in the RAFARS VHF Contest on Sun. 17 April 2005 - Rules in Extra Gen.
Nothing would be worse than these youngsters coming on and finding no one
to contact. So, it would be appreciated if lots of RAFARS members were on
the air so that the cadets have every opportunity to makes many contacts.
Even if you are not contest minded, please come on for a while and give
them a call. These are our members of the future and should be encouraged.
