It appears that MAXBullage will insure that we start the year 2000 with
fresh bulletins (I'm looking for a silver lining here). Due to the date
problem, the program will delete any bulletin coming in with a 1999 date.
This leads me to believe there may be problems beyond coding ... problems
in the way Borland compiles the code. 73, Steve
