Hello MSYS sysops,
A new problem has been reported where MSYS 1.20 is missing a zero on
the 6 digit date, causing MSYS to think bulletins are 100+ years old
at housecleaning time. The only temporary cure to the problem I could
think of is by utilizing the "keep=" switch of your MSYS.HCL file.
You will first have to try to estimate how many bulletins of each catagory
in your MSYS.HCL that you would like to keep daily, adding the appropriate
number.  Short example:

at=ww keep=50

This method eliminates the date problem. It may take some juggling
of the number not deleted to prevent exceeding the maximum number of
bulletins you can accept.
