You must be JOKING! Nah, you're only the messenger. Lady Britania must be
weird thinking Ozzies run from a little cold weather, before they took it
off I used to watch football in the snow in July when it's like a
tropical jungle here. Now I have a real air conditioner.
Is Qantas blowing smoke up your rear or what? A 3% fuel cost increase
coupled with a 40% profit rise makes me question just how much you're
being soaked at the ticket counter and/or what corners they've cut. We
have a bit of a problem with inspection and maintainence so watch out for
stress cracks in the fuselage when you go in the door. (Based on a true
story of a door blowing off over Hawaii.) I can't imagine $60bbl either
unless somebody's palm has more grease than a wheel bearing or the US
economy is worse than anyone imagines. Wait a minute! Crude is priced by
the barrel and jets run on paraffin based fuel so what garbage are they
feeding you? Hmmm...
