Hello,
Has anyone else noticed the yellow labels that are now put onto the
petrol bowser hoses when the bowser is empty ?

Up to a few months back they if a bowser was empty, a very seldom event, they
used to just turn it off and stick some paper on the pump.

Now every time I go to the service station there is at least two pumps with
either no premium or no unleaded petrol resplendant in their yellow labels.

The official story is that there was a problem at the refinary with premium
petrol. However it has been months now that this is happening.

Now I might be paranoid, but isn't this what we were warned would be the sign
of supply tightness ? Hhhhmmmmm.

If you are not in a panic it means you do not understand the real situation !
