Hi Pete and all,

I never was a motor head so you lost me with most of that. Olds had the
Rocket 88 V8 engine but I don't remember a Super Rocket 455 but logically
someone would put one in a VW beetle just to show off but wait a minute,
where to put the driver? I've seen a couple with jet engines, one in
California has a P&W JT15 in it and one in the UK with something
scrounged from the RAF but there's a difference. There's a lot less bulk
and far less weight to a jet, then too the exhaust nozzle sticks out the
back leaving plenty of room for the driver. Be it a big block or a jet be
careful, put the pedal to the metal and you'll be in orbit before you can
say... oops.
