This discussion has been going around in circles for years now, Barry.
Refineries in the East are closing. Ours is still operating and does not
seem to be in danger of closing. There is talk of piping our natural gas
and water to South Australia What's new? This state has boom times and
there is no indication that that is going to change in our lifetimes.
Let's close this one. It is going nowhere after about 5 years of
pessimistic discussion on packet..
