I am glad you mentioned the financial climate in Brazil.
Many years ago, as a science fiction fanatic, I read stories where the
worldss number one country was call 'High Brazil' or Just Brazil. At the
time it seemed a bit far fetched but now we have the BRIC countries
(Brazil,Russia,India,China) which are better off than the EU,USA or any
other grouping. The big debate is whether they should abandon the $US as
the world's secondary currency and substitute something else but whether
it will be individual curency or some common currency they havent yet
decided.
My bet is on the Yuan as the USA is heavily in debt to China, I can't see
the Euro taking over as it is heavily under attack from Wall St and the
IMF
and dropping in value.
