I never heard that called a fuel cell Pete. We call it a fuel tank. A fuel
cell produces electricity. Simple fact. The tank is empty.

"Fuel Cell" as in whatever the material-type container on or in a
vehicle which contains the fuel to propel the vehicle, via whatever
type of engine, foraward or backwards, "X" number of Kilometres
until empty, and the vehicle stops due to no more fuel in the
"fuel cell"
