Getting serious for a moment, I understand you meant compressing air and
your point is well taken. I also mentioned that being the age old coal by
wire methhod but just to add something, it's horribly energy inefficient
and even this makes a mockery of the green angle. Just another example of
greenie backward thinking, that is if they can think at all.
So your toy steam engine had an alcohol fired boiler? You sure liked
living dangerously! Well so did I when I filled the alcohol lamp in my
chemestry set with the pure grain ethanol dad brought home from his job
at Schering, thankfully he never found out I was drinking more than I was
burning.
