More to the Sand Patch Warren. It is on a cliff top overlooking the
Southern Ocean. It also used by the hang glider enthusiasts who jump off
the cliff and soar away achieving surprising heights sometime right over
the outskirts of the city. Incidentally obvioously you don't know this
part of the world. There is NO slack wind.Now make a feeble joke about
that!
