Hello Barry and now also Bob VK6BE, those postings I have just read.
I think you can also add the City of Sao Paulo BRASIL to the list
of places they are using Hydrogen powered Buses. I think I
made mention of that last year, when this discussion was going.
Anyhow locally here at the local motion lotion retailer... Gas
for the auto is C$ 1.06.6 /litre and now I see Diesel higher
at C$ 1.11.7 /litre ...yet for so many years the diesel was
lower due to lower production costs .... Funny how times change.
When I read Barry's re-posting of the article, I thought it was
to do with FUEL reserves and the future of it ...yet it
seemed to waver to World Population and how to have a decline
in births as well a Global Population.
Anyhow, I did get thru reading it, even if it did wrap out to the
end and needed some help to fill the screen here.
NOW they are telling us, gentlemen, that prices are climbing
and we can expect to pay even more ... he say this as many
auto manufacturers are listing hybrid and electric only cars
for sale, and well we had a new story here about a used electric
car, and the new owner buying it and the battery was .1 down
from when it was new in testing, and she wanted if she had to
trade a new car .... What was missing was real testing under
load of passengers and luggage and a real trip somewhere
that the news story didn't mention... Both owners of this car
<the mother and daughter> only drove it very local, and only
themselves in the car...SO it spent mos of it's life in
easy trips and short ones...etc.
