That is interesting Kevin...as here in Ontario CANADA
they test for emissions. No pass, then some work and
a conditional.
As for the lawnmowers ... I love my CRATE! Yep a
Brigs and Stratton engine, that kills mosquitoes
or keeps them away while he is cutting the grass.
