No he is not but he is very tall, and would therefore be fairly heavy.
There are plenty of high powered scooters and motorcycles here not all
ridden by fat riders. There is a local Harley Davidson agency which does a
very good trade, also Japanese motor cycles. The cheapest of the scooters
are made in Taiwan. My late wife rode a scooter to work before we were
married and that is 46 years ago. It was German - a Pusch.
