Very starange! I worked on lots of Triumph Spitfires in my role as a
vehicle mechanic and never came across any with a water injection system.
I'm not saying there were none, merely that I never saw one, not even the
ones that were fitted with blower superchargers, (usualy made by a firm
called shorrock). Now there was a device that improved performance, but,
at the cost of increased fuel consumption.
