Hi Peter and all,
Not too much anymore into AM Rock. I usually now just have the
news and traffic on.
I do remember the older tube radios in the cars. Yessir they were
real DX chasers.
I didn't know Detroit lost "murder city" crown. I sort of wonder
if Toronto isn't trying to get the crown now.?
As for Lake Urine. Happy boating! Well it depends on with all
that urine, how come or overlord protectors we elected have not
saved us from drinking all the drugs that are in the lake due
to being flushed in there as urine?
They use to say that so mnay parts per million it was not right
for eating fish...now they allow way passed that level. And of
course it is marinated in drugs and whatever they could not
filter.
>The sea front property in Nevada will have to wait until the
>radioactivity dies down and they fill in all those big holes.
Well you could sell or rent out part of your new property out
there to your fan club. Maybe Andy and Bob would move in
and become your neighbours? That would be fun listening some
evening.
>Well, not surprising the Michiganers were brainwashed by
>the Canuks, we both use psychology to attract tourists.
>Come one come all, catch our fish, buy our junk we import from
>Taiwan and sell on the boardwalk. Spend the day having fun in
>the sun, then eat the greasy gunk that smells so good even the
>dog won't touch it, spend your money and go home, PLEASE go
>home. Hey, gotta make room for more suckers, fleece 'em,
>grease 'em and welcome them back next year. Just keep telling
>them the lakes in Michigan are loaded with mercury and they'll
>spend thier money in Canada. How do you think we attract fishermen
>from New York? Tell them the Hudson is a toxic waste dump of
>course, we jut don't tell them the striped bass are
>bigger up there. Oh, having a Bass River sure helps.
I thought it was Atlantic City? The surf...surf fishing? the
BIG ONE! And then whatabout the coney Island dog?
I saw a plate from Michigan speeding to get to the lake...I can
only imagine his face when he saw it was unsafe..no ice fishing
and the water was not frozen solid.
>Well, we can do several things to "wazzizname" if the sharks
>are afraid of freezer burn. Australia has plenty to offer, maybe
>he could work packet DX from Ayer's Rock, we just take off in
>the helicopter and let him figure out how to get down. Then we
>can drop him off in WA and watch the sparks fly when he and Bob
>discover each other. Maybe we can drop him off in Queensland,
>Steve Irwin could have him feed the crocs at the zoo.
I like it! And I wonder how BOB and wazzizname would get along?
>DANGAH DANGAH! No, he's warning the CROCS! You mentioned the
>interior better known as the outback, not a good idea, the
>Aboriginals would get all upset.
Ssssh...I wanted to get a lecture on the outback. I thought it
was a stationwagon or something.
>Well, maybe they would feed him to a koorie, that's a snake to
>you.
Or perhaps he could go waterskiing in the Bass straits?
>Nah, I'm not banned at nearly as many UK BBSes as those
>lemmings would lead you to believe. Only GB7FCR as far as I know
>or as far as I care for that matter. Trevor The Omnipotent
>thinks he has me sussed but like you said the Brits aren't as
>dumb as he thinks, they find ways of ferreting out my bulls
>only they don't always respond @WW to them. I have my ways
>too, I know what they say about me and get a chuckle, just
>I too don't blast it all over the network.
I don't think too many..like less then 1% but I think less.
The folks back home would not put up with a sysop like that
for very long. Besides...who cares...they just bypass him
and he is dead...he can BBS to himself.
>Still Bob is more fun, we have pretty much the same sense of
>humor, dry as Alice Springs in summer.
Warren..I am so surprised to see that Bob has passed you!
He has his very own MR_BOB@WW following now. And the funny
thing is that those you had fun with, are writing him like
crazy with advice <If you can call it advice> Bob must be
just killing himself laughing at them, and then trying to
write back and answer in a way to suck them further into
the MR_BOB@WW ...<G> It is just so funny....
>Yup, gotta love those lemmings! Hey, maybe you could send
>them a moose to keep them occupied, you already sent us
>Paul Schaeffer.
I love'em ... they not only keep activity up on packet but
entertain all the packeteers.
I hear G4EBT is coming to visit, his releative in Toronto,
so perhaps he will drop by here, and we can have a chew n choke
together and a few laughs. Somehow I doubt it. He said BYE
to packeteering...but then handy andy says he is still lurking
out there, and well I guess he wants everyone to say how sorry
we all are that we didn't agree with his views..Oh well..he
be out there a long time....or perhaps when he forgets why he'll
be back <G>. In the meantime..I'll try find a moose for him.
maybe he can take it home as a pet....<At customs: anything to
declare? Paul: only a wee moose ..<chuckle> ...
As for Paul.he's is from Orillia...never heard of him until
he teamed up with Letterman.
