Wondering if there are any old ocean going sparks out there who can
tell me what a radio officers insignia looked like?  I have heard the
stripe on the sleeve and epaulette was like a sine wave.. would it be
more like the crooked stripe on the shirt of the cartoon character
Charlie Brown?
