Yes, I used it for months.

It's good... But then it is Debian so it's bound to be good. Albeit I prefer
SuSE as SuSE detects my hardware without any input from me. Debian (Knoppix)
takes a fair bit of configuration, at least on my PC anyway.
If it's the "Live CD" your using, you can install it directly on your hard
drive using the provided install script.
