Hello Paul,
Being familiar with RA rules I can rightfully tell you that they most
certainly have them covering impolite and offensive remarks via Amateur
Radio. I also am familiar with several recent proceedings against Amateur
s who have violated such rules.
If you fell you have a valid case anainst a British Amateur, you may
print copies of the offensive bulletins and include them with a written
complaint against said operator. I can furnish you the mailing address if
you need it.
