No we have not and that is EXACTLY THE PROBLEM !

Rest of world has a decent 40m allocation.


Region 1 was ripped off 50yrs ago and to cap it all what puny allocation we
had was abused by european broadcasters and russian military users and meant
we were lucky to find a few spare Khz to use.

And then Australia (who aready has a full 40m allocation) wanted to VOTE
to *STOP* Region 1 getting the same as the rest of the world !

The change would not have even affected Australian users.

Thats disgusting and Australia's "blow you Jack we're alright" attitude should
not be forgotten by Region 1 amateurs who have had to put up with a 40m
allocation virtually unusable for 50 years.

Shame on Australia.
