Hi Gordon and readers,
What's this about AM briefs? Does the XYL complain about how you store
your underwear, complaining that your briefs are Always Messy in the
drawer? (;->)
Good grief man! If I were to write about my experiences with those
circuits and tubes I would overload the whole packet network and every
BBS in it. Let's just say that I don't recognize the term "Geloso" which
seems to be foreingn to the Radio Amateur Handbook.
Now if you have a Clapp oscillator, put a clamp on it and get a shot of
penicillin! (;->)
Speaking of the clamp, have you ever fed rectified audio to it for
controlled carrier amplitude modulation? It drove them wild, the speaker
said AM, the S meter said SSB! "Just what the HELL are you using over
there?" was the usual question. "magic" was the usual answer.
